About
Premium Pure Investment Limited operates a Cairo Road plant in Lusaka with two production divisions — hygiene paper and packaged ice — supplying retailers, hotels, healthcare, and industrial customers across Zambia and the SADC region.
What guides us
Zambia’s growing hospitality, healthcare, and retail sectors deserve a local manufacturer that meets international quality standards without international lead times. We built Premium Pure to be that supplier — close enough to call, large enough to scale.
Both divisions route through the same PPMS production system from quote to dispatch — whether you’re ordering a pallet of paper or a bin of ice. That gives our customers accurate lead times, traceable batches, and visibility into where their stock is in the pipeline.
Consistency over hype, service over slogans, and long relationships over one-off deals. We’d rather quote a realistic timeline than miss a promised one.
Adding capacity, expanding the product range into adjacent household categories, and rolling out a customer portal so our buyers can quote, order, and track shipments in one place.
Our story
We started small and grew with the businesses we supply. Here’s the short version.
Premium Pure Investment Limited is registered. Plot on Cairo Road secured.
First paper-making line installed; supplying our first hospitality customers within months.
Second tissue line added. Production goes 24/7. Distribution reaches the Copperbelt and Eastern Province.
Packaged-ice production starts in a sealed cold-chain unit on the same site. Lusaka same-day routes go live.
Every order — tissue or ice — flows through our PPMS production system. Batch-traceable, end to end.
How we run
PPMS — our production-and-pricing system — is what binds quote, production slot, batch record, and dispatch into one continuous thread. It’s the difference between a supplier you have to chase and one you can plan around.
Your enquiry comes in. We size the order, check available capacity, and quote a real price with a real lead time.
Confirmed orders are scheduled into PPMS production slots. You get a date the line will run for you, not a vague window.
Every batch carries a PPMS batch ID. QA records, water records, raw-material lots — all tied to that ID.
Pallets and bins ship out with the batch ID on the documentation. If you ever need to trace a unit back to its source, we can.
Tender customers often ask for batch documentation. If you need it on file before placing an order, ask — we’ll provide whatever your audit or compliance team needs.
Leadership
Premium Pure runs because the people running it know the plant inside out. A short introduction.
